Time for a Reset?

Updated: Aug 27, 2020

I can imagine that would like to press the reset button on 2020! Since that’s not possible, we can find our own reset button through safe travel experiences. Thoughtfully planned, these can safely happen now or in the near future. With that in mind, I have been working on creating what I am referring to as "Resets." Some might say "retreat," but I'm thinking of it as intentional travel. If your interest is photography (reading, archery, birds, etc.), I can plan a reset for you that is based on your particular interested and takes away from the rut of life in 2020, facilitates some relaxation and fulfilling experiences, and helps you to have a new perspective for moving forward. When more travel is more possible, these ideas can expand to other countries! To get this idea kicked off, I have curated a 2-night stay at an exquisite bed and breakfast (Glen Ella Springs Inn) in the Chattahoochee National Forest, with plans for hikes, waterfalls, yoga, plenty of downtime, and great food and wine. This weekend is limited to 10-12 guests, and your only responsibility will be relaxation!

I believe that travel is a form of self care and that it improves your quality of life. Some might call it a retreat or wellness travel, but I call it a mini-vacation with purpose. You start out with the pent up frustration of life in 2020, and you go home with a fresh perspective, ready to move on with life, hopefully with some new ideas and inspiration. Regardless of the theme, a reset will have these 5 elements:

  • Desirable Destinations

  • Beautiful Experiences

  • Fulfilling Activities

  • Plentiful Downtime

  • Culinary Delights

Each part of this itinerary is curated with social distancing and safety in mind. Dining, as well as other activities, will be held outside, or in an open-air porch or pavilion. Fortunately, Glen Ella, and the surrounding area, offers exactly what we need! Contact me here or click here for more information about the Northeast Georgia Weekend Reset. I've gone to great lengths to keep costs down and pack in a lot of value for you. Space is limited, so don't hesitate to contact me!
